Questions and Answers

Q.
The Alerts Calendar in my CSI software listed an incorrect first notice day.  Is this common?

A.
All the information provided by CSI, including Alerts Calendar entries, comes from sources believed to be reliable. However, even with due care and diligence, sometimes errors occur. The Alerts Calendar information is subject to a variety of factors that may cause first notice days, last trading days and the like to diverge from the projected date. These dates are provided as a general guide, not definitive data on which to base trades. Readers should consult the respective commodity and stock exchanges for exact trading dates.

Q.
Unfair Advantage's database capabilities are amazing, but I would like to see better charts.  Are there plans for improvement?

A.
Yes. UA version 2.0 will take full advantage of your 32-bit processor and will have many enhancements. This new software, which is due for release in a few months, includes a greatly enhanced charting system. It will produce magazine-quality charts with your laser printed and have greater flexibility.
