Unfair Advantage's compressed database files on your hard drive may become corrupted through hardware failures, communication glitches or improper updating. If this happens to your database, you can replace the affected files through this feature.
Before you begin, you'll want to confirm that the file or files have actually been corrupted by testing database integrity.
Once you are sure the files are corrupted, and once you have ascertained that you only need a few files, you should begin the History Refresh download. If you need more than a few files, you should order a new UA CD-ROM from CSI. The new CD may include a complete, updated database, and possibly program upgrades. There is a nominal fee for a new CD-ROM, but there is no charge for receiving refreshed history files online.
