This selection lets you select which portfolios will and will not be automatically maintained through UA with regard to the creation of export-format files and portfolio-specified adjustments. Those portfolios that are disabled can have their export-format files updated and adjusted values calculated individually through "Rewrite File" options on the Portfolio menu. This is an important feature for users of Vantage Point software.
To change the enabled/disabled status of a portfolio, select the portfolio you want to change from the Portfolio Manager panel, and then click the Portfolio menu (or right click).

Those portfolios that are selected for updating are shown with a check. Click the box to toggle the check marks on and off. When all portfolios that should be automatically maintained are checked, click [OK].
