When Trend Lines, Annotations, Rectangles, Ellipses and Gann Fans are added to charts through the Chart Tools menu, you can clear them all through the Chart menu.
Simply click "Chart" at the top of your UA screen, and then click "Clear Chart Tools/Annotations" as shown:
The chart will redisplay without any tools and annotations that were added through the Chart Tools menu.
